Hey there! I'm Charlene Bell, the CEO and Founder of Blissful Creations 4U. I'm not only a U.S. Army Veteran but also a trainee in Sisterlocks™, based in the beautiful city of San Antonio, Texas. Let me share with you my journey and how it led me to where I am today.

Back when I had relaxed hair, I absolutely adored wearing micro braids. They were my go-to hair protection style. However, when I embraced my natural hair, I realized that I couldn't enjoy my favorite hairdo anymore. That's when Sisterlocks™ caught my attention. They reminded me of the elegance and versatility of micro braids, and I fell in love with their easy maintenance.

After ten years of embracing my loose and natural hair, I decided to take the plunge in 2018 and have Sisterlocks™ installed. It was a transformative experience that deepened my love for my own hair. During this hair journey, I discovered that I not only loved the way my hair looked and felt, but I also realized that there was a lack of hair perfume options specifically tailored to black women.

In March 2020, when the COVID-19 shutdown happened, I, like many others, felt compelled to embark on a new path as a small business owner. It all started with creating hair jewelry, but soon I ventured into developing my first line of hair products—Locscent. Locscent is a hair fragrance designed for ALL types of hair because, let's be honest, we all love to smell good, right from our heads down to our toes.

At Blissful Creations 4U, we pour love and patience into every single one of our products. In 2022, I made the decision to become a Sisterlocks™ consultant, and that's when the idea of creating a Locscent hair perfume collection specifically for locs was born. I underwent training in November 2022 and began installing Sisterlocks™ on January 1st, 2023. My goal is to provide top-notch customer service and maintain the highest level of professionalism.

I sincerely hope that you find joy in using my products and services just as much as I find joy in offering them. It's been an incredible journey, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to share it with you.
